When reporting an analyzer problem, include the public URL, approximate time, device, and the exact error shown. Do not send passwords or private store credentials.

Refiner app subscriptions are billed by Shopify. Review or change the plan inside the app; Shopify Admin contains the authoritative charge history.

For access, export, correction, deletion, or legal requests, contact the support channel inside the installed app and identify the relevant shop domain.

- Confirm the page is public and loads without a login.
- Try the audit once more after a few minutes if a performance provider is unavailable.
- For Shopify issues, confirm Refiner still has the required permissions.
- Never send access tokens, passwords, recovery codes, or payment details.
Service status
If a third-party provider such as Shopify or Google PageSpeed is unavailable, Refiner may still return partial results and label the missing coverage clearly.
