Agreement
By using Refiner, you agree to these terms. If you use Refiner for a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept them for that business. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Refiner provides
Refiner provides public-page audits, store diagnostics, prioritized recommendations, merchant-controlled fixes, reports, and monitoring features. Availability and limits depend on the selected plan, Shopify permissions, third-party services, and platform conditions.
Analysis is guidance
Scores, findings, revenue-impact indicators, and recommendations are diagnostic guidance, not guarantees of rankings, traffic, revenue, accessibility compliance, or legal compliance. You remain responsible for reviewing results and verifying changes.
Your responsibilities
- Submit only public URLs you are permitted to analyze.
- Maintain lawful Shopify access and accurate account information.
- Review suggested changes before approval and verify storefront results afterward.
- Comply with Shopify rules and applicable law.
Acceptable use
You must not probe private networks, bypass safeguards, overload the service, scrape at abusive volume, interfere with other users, introduce malicious content, or use Refiner unlawfully. We may rate-limit, suspend, or block abusive activity.
Plans and billing
Current plan features and prices are displayed on the website, in the app, or on the Shopify App Store. Shopify manages applicable app charges, trials, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations under its billing rules.
Merchant-controlled changes
Refiner is designed to explain proposed fixes before they are applied. Automated or scheduled changes are opt-in and remain subject to your configuration, plan, and Shopify permissions.
Third-party platforms
Refiner depends on services including Shopify and performance-data providers. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or data outside our reasonable control. Refiner is an independent product and is not endorsed by Shopify except as shown on its official listing.
Intellectual property
Refiner, its software, branding, reports, and service materials belong to Game On Interactive LTD or its licensors. You retain rights in your store and content and receive a limited right to use Refiner while your access is valid.
Availability and warranties
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We work to keep it reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free results.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Game On Interactive LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or business interruption. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Termination
You may stop using the website or uninstall the app. We may restrict access for abuse, security risk, non-payment, platform requirements, or legal obligations.
Governing rules
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Game On Interactive LTD, without removing mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
